Our Motivation

Our motivation in providing this information about Mormonism and the LDS Church is ultimately out of loving concern for LDS members, and because we believe that the truth matters. We believe that eternity is at stake for those who reject the truth. We want to make it freely available to seeking Mormons as well as to Christians who want to reason and share their faith with Mormons.

Our motivation is also evangelistic; we want all people to understand the love of God and the salvation that He has provided for us, as described in God's word, the Bible. We do not encourage or endorse any kind of hatred or spiteful words or actions. We recognize that by virtue of providing this information, some may see it as an "attack" on the LDS Church and may interpret our motives as such. We respectfully disagree. We do not wish to contend with the LDS people, but rather with the falsehoods that keep them from the truth. Our prayer is that LDS members may experience true freedom and joy that comes with faith in Jesus Christ--the Jesus Christ of the Bible.
